What brands do you print on?
All Modernist T-shirts are printed on AS Colour tee’s and are 100% pre-shrunk cotton. All printing is done locally in Melbourne, Australia. The AS Colour tee range is accredited by the WRAP (World Responsible Apparel Production). This ensures the workers/factories putting the garments together are not using sweatshop labour.
How do I know what size tee to order?
Please refer to the sizing page which has the measurements of all our tee’s.
How do I care for my tee?
Wash your tee in a cool wash and hang it up to dry. It’s that simple!!! If you struggle, just take it to your mum.
Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?
Of course. Subscribe to the Modernist newsletter or follow us on Twitter or Facebook. We post updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials.
Do you accept designs from third parties?
No, all of our designs are Modernist originals, designed by Modernist founder, Stevie Hendry.
How long does it take for tee’s to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders for Australia take 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 2-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in Australia are shipped via Australia Post First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via Australia First Class International Mail.
Do you ship internationally and how much does shipping cost?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. Shipping is free to any Australian address, and shipping to all international destinations is charged at $8 per tee ordered.
*Please note: Orders shipped outside of Australia are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard or direct payments, all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.
